Do you think the U.S. are being held back by religious influence when it comes to stem cell research?
Please tell me their views and elaborate. I wonder what you think.
Yes, I think the religious right places considerable pressure on the governemnt to stop stem cell research for what they see as moral reasons. In my opinion, if the material is already there to use, why discard if it has value? I know some will say that we "farm" of material for research. Fortunately, now may be other alternatives for becomes a moot point.
