Very cold skin and tingling often?
Hey, so my hands and feet are always cold, often to the point that my fingers and toes become very pale (people say I have blue toe: /). Not just my feet incredibly cold, I also suffer pins and needles after a short period of time to sit on the floor or resting my feet. What could be causing this? Are there special conditions associated with this? Also, being underweight can have any effect on this? Thanks:)
Poor circulation can be caused by not eating enough, kidney problems, diabetes etc.Get your car to a doctor, this is not anything you should ignore.If you do not have a doctor, find a free clinic or go to the emergency room.
