What kind of baby bird has black skin and yellow needle like feathers?
My g-ma has just found a little bird, which has black skin and yellow needle-like feathers. But the problem is that she does not know what kind of bird it is! If the bird is fully feathered, chances are a novice and has left the nest itself and are the parents care for him. It is normal for birds to leave the nest before they can fly.
