Machine Shader Liner
Hey guys i’m doing my tattoo apprenticeship, just have some questions?
So the artist that is teaching me recommended a couple of machines, I need a liner and a shader, he recommended Micky Sharpz, Paco Rollins, Time Machines, WorkHorse, Bulldogs for now. What machines do you prefer? thanks guys
To RocketWife, I’m actually doing an aprenticeship, I dont know anything about tattoos right now, or all those brands he told me to research, You don;t have to help if you don’t want, dont waste my time or yours. I am no scratcher. Don’t believe me I dont care.
do you drink tea or coffee? allot is about personal preference and machines are no exception, for a liner you should use a 8 coil wrap cut back a little and use a 10 coil wrap as a shader, as time goes on you can upgrade and will know a little more of what you require from your machine, for instance i started out with veritas irons and couldn’t get along with the pinch vice etc the list goes on. i started my apprentice with a rotary machine which are very different from traditional machines and require much less maintenance but are great little training machines. remember the golden rule you get what you pay for.
