How I can clean the rust from my knitting machine?

How old is your machine? Are the needles rusty because it's an old machine that has not seen use in years or a new machine exposed to moisture? Surface rust can be easily removed with light sanding with very fine sandpaper, but could have caused significant pitting of the steel rust – this can be cleaned but not removed and will always it locks. Instead of WD40 to leave a film is not easy to delete, have you considered the use of tissue machine lubricant? Needles were cleaned and lubricated. If you need more help, let me know.
