How to safely remove black permanent marker ink from a document written in 1969, without damaging the information below
I have a friend is looking for his biological mother. We have many documents, however, the maiden name of his mother is covered by black permanent ink. Is there a way to dissolve or remove the black ink to damage the original document typed in other words, the preservation of the valuable information below?
