What kind of paint or technique is effective to allow the Blacklight GLOW in Body Painting designs?
The Show I am planning will have Blacklighting and I want to use the best I can to allow the body designs to GLOW !!
ordinary highlighter pens work well
you can also use florescent paints and markers
