Black Outlining Ink

So pissed! My tattoo ink is bleeding?
I got three small hearts (they’re maybe a little bit smaller than a dime each) on my inner wrist two nights ago. The lines looked sharp when it was first done but now it looks like the black outline ink is starting to bleed, almost like there’s a shadow.
This is not my first tattoo and I don’t remember any of my other tattoos doing this. I even have a tattoo in the same spot on my other wrist and it turned out fine.
Is there any chance this is just a fluke and it will end up healing fine in the end? Or am I screwed?
It’s just so frustrating because like I said, I have a tattoo on my other wrist in the same EXACT spot and this didn’t happen. Should I go back to the artist and see what he says now, or should I wait to see how it heals first??
You tattoos are very fresh and just starting to heal. You’re skin is going to start to peel, it may already be peeling which is why it looks like it’s “bleeding”. You still have a few weeks to go, a tattoo takes about 6 weeks to heal. You may need a touch up, especially since the tattoo is on your inner wrist. Most artist will do a touch up for free about 6-8 weeks after getting the tattoo. I have both my wrists tattooed all around and when I had one of them done I noticed that the area on my wrist near my palm had faded quite a bit and the rest of my tattoo was fine. I went back to my artist and he made the comment that sometimes that area of the wrist needs to be done a couple of times so sure enough he touched it up for free and it looks great now. So just give it some time, take care of your tattoo and go back and see your artist in 6 weeks.
