How do you transfer a staff of tattoos on the skin?

need to know how to transfer the templates of tattoos on the skin at home. someone said the use of carbon paper, tracing paper and deodorants, I did everything you said to do, but I can not get the tattoo on the skin if anyone has suggestions ony that would be appreciated.

photo copy of the line-TATT regular ink on wax paper then use deodorant (clear type) applied to the skin are applied to transfer and press the soft deodorant will release the ink from the thick lines the rest must be hands free

Do you think the U.S. are being held back by religious influence when it comes to stem cell research?

Please tell me their views and elaborate. I wonder what you think.

Yes, I think the religious right places considerable pressure on the governemnt to stop stem cell research for what they see as moral reasons. In my opinion, if the material is already there to use, why discard if it has value? I know some will say that we "farm" of material for research. Fortunately, now may be other alternatives for becomes a moot point.

I have some questions about the CBSE boards ….. 1.When CBSE will announce the latest income tax slab to be used in the CBSE examination 2007? 2.I have heard that the board exams are going to be tuff this year, it is true? 3.Is an ink pen or a suitable for use in the tables, if the ball point what kind of tip should be at the tip of the needle, socks, etc? 4.Underlining sub-themes with a pencil on the sheet answers are allowed t? 5.What is the best way to write the answers for the highest score and impress the person to correct my paper?
