Arm Leg

how can i make my left leg and arm as strong as my right leg and arm?
i do judo and my left arm and leg ain’t that strong compared to my right arm and leg and that’s making my training hard…..so how can i balance the strength in my left leg and arm.
but the thing is……i only do bodyweight exercises now…….but using both arms and legs……….how can you know youre doing it right?
Use the bench press and leg press and other machines that require you to use both arms and both legs, eventually your body will even out strength wise. This happened to me and I told my personal trainer about it and he said it was fairly common, however now I’m fine.
